We are built in 30000 Sq Feet area with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies from raw material to finish goods under one roof. We have adopted automation in many of the machining operations and processes to improve the consistency with greater through-put.
We have team leaders for each processes to carry out manufacturing activities in each department. Internal Review Meetings are conducted on regular basis to analyze Customer Order status. Periodic training is provided to the team to achieve company’s mission and goals efficiently. KPI’s are set for each department HOD’s and reviewed periodically.
We have CAD facility to make 3D Models & 2D Drawings for internal production. We can receive inquiry drawings in any forms such as jpg, pdf, step, iges, parasolid etc. We also offer reverse engineering and product designing solutions based on customer request.
We purchase raw material from our approved suppliers. We currently use following grades IS319 Grade 1 & 2, BS218, BS1001, HTB Grade 1 & 2 CuZn39Pb3, CuZn40Pb2, CuZn38Pb1, CW614N, CW617N, CW602N CZ121, CZ122, CZ109, C36000, C37700, C69300 However, we can supply all grades of Copper Alloys based on specific requirements.
Manual Machines are used for production of standard fittings. These machine have an accuracy of 100 microns and can be modified to suit any components made from bars.
Cam Operated Automats are used for continuous production parts with huge quantities. These machines have an accuracy of 50 microns and can be adjusted to manufacture components made from bars.
In-House forging facility including Induction Heating with time-temperature controls and Gas Fired Furnaces. We have Laser Infrared Thermometer to check forging temperature during production.
We have in-house CNC Machines for Turning & Milling including a 5 Axis.
