Production Process

Raw Material We have two forms of raw material input. We directly import scrap and process in our casting unit for making of Brass bars and rods as per our requirement. W also buy extruded rods from local supplier with complete specification and test. We normally use material like C36000, C37700, CZ121,CZ122, BS218,BS219,HTB1m,CuZn39 etc Other than these materials, if we are asked to supply any material like Bronze,Gunmetal, and other copper alloy material with special requirement,we can supply as per our customer's need.
Castings We have our in built casting facility where we used the imported scraps and melt them.We import 2-3 containers each month from various countries depending on the availability. Thus we welcome any suppliers who are interested in supplying these scrap to us.By melting we make these scraps to different shapes and sizes, as per our requirement and then forwarded to our forging/machine department for further process.
Forging We have inhouse forging presses of 200,250 and 400 Metric Tones, All the forging dyes are developed inhouse, we have our own tool room.we can also supply parts customer drawings and forged components are then shot blasted for better finish and then stress releived
Manufacturing and machining We have Manual,Semi Automatic and automatic turning machines with an accuracy of +_0.05mm tolerance.In addition, we have CNC turning machines,CNC turning and milling machines etc which have higher accuracy of +_0.005 mm and precesion
Surface finish/plating This is being outsourced locally. There are many good electroplaters locally available, who can do golden plating, Silver Plating, Copper plating, Tin Plating, Lead Plating etc.
Inspection We have quality control department, which ensuresthat each product manufactured as exactly to the print and each process are controlled and the quality of the parts maintained throughout the entire process. We provide inspection reports to our customers if required. Our future plans are to procure fully available in the world of Inspections. CNC CMM for the best measurment system ever.
Packing A wide range of option for packaging material like corrugated boxes, wooden cases, pallet packing etc.
Dispatch We normally quote CIF of the nearest airport to the customers. All these shipments are being send through sea. Freight and Insurance are bared by us to the port and the customer has to deliver the goods from the port to their premises. WE also provide air freight but that is on customer's expense.
